In addition to making the chocolate, the exchange with other people forms the basis of the work. Communication, proximity to the product and transparency towards the customer are essential in this craft. Based on these guiding principles, the chocolatier duo Léonie Corentin realized their dream in the cosmopolitan city of Hamburg in 2020 and opened their first chocolate shop.
