From Paris to Hamburg

In 2011, Leonie began her training in Paris. At the same time, Corentin worked as a pastry chef in Paris.

Both of them always wanted to pursue a craft-based career. Leonie and Corentin were both able to learn the craft of chocolatier under Patrick Roger. They have been a couple ever since and love working as a team.

Since the end of 2020, both have been able to realize their dream of owning their own chocolate shop in Hamburg.

The basis of production is solely based on respect for the individual products and the knowledge behind every single step of the creation and production history of the elements. The fascination for chocolate and transforming it into the best possible taste experience drive us to create each individual creation with precision, detail and discipline. In addition to making the chocolate, the exchange with other people forms the basis of the work. Communication, proximity to the product and transparency towards the customer are essential in this craft. Based on these guiding principles, the chocolatier duo Léonie Corentin realized their dream in the cosmopolitan city of Hamburg in 2020 and opened their first chocolate shop. Here the passion, the work and the creations can be experienced and tasted up close.
