ARE YOU TOO GOING FOREIGNLY?

Absolutely, we ship all over the world with EXTRA LONG COLOURS.

HOW MUCH DO DELIVERY COSTS COST?

Delivery costs are OFFERTS for all orders over 30 euros in Metropolitan France.

For other countries the costs vary depending on the destination.

 

WHAT ARE THE PREPARATION AND EXPEDITION TIMES?

Orders will be dispatched within 48 hours.

They will be delivered in 2/3/4 weeks for Europe (YOU MUST MODIFY)

HOW CAN I VERIFY THE STATE OF MY COMMAND?

After an order has been placed, it is sent within two weeks to one of our shipping centers, from where your item will be shipped.

We will send you an email confirming that your package has been shipped. You can then verify the delivery progress on our website by clicking on "Follow my order" using your email address and your order number.

HOW TO PASS A COMMAND?

Simply select your items and click on the "ADD TO BASKET" button, recommended for each item, then place it in your basket and follow the steps to complete your order until payment. We're preparing this and will send you an order confirmation email.

WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept Visa and Mastercard credit cards as well as payments via Paypal. The checks and vouchers are not accepted.

IS PAYMENT SECURE?

All in all, our shop is fully secure and we have an SSL encryption system to protect your personal and confidential data. We use the secure payment systems of Stripe and Paypal.

I STILL HAVE NEVER REMOVED MY COMMAND, WHAT TO DO?

Have you received confirmation of the shipment of your order? If your order has been shipped for more than 5 weeks, contact us with your order number, we will conduct an inquiry and return to you within 48 hours.

I HAVE COMMANDED MANY ARTICLES AND I HAVE RECEIVED A PART OF MY COMMAND, IS THAT NORMAL?

Yes, everything is perfectly normal. To reduce your attention as much as possible, we ship all items separately before they are ready to be shipped. The remainder of your order should arrive in the next few days.

I HAVE RECEIVED A DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE ITEM WHICH WOULD BE FAIR?

We are in some despair, unfortunately this can happen. Thank you for contacting us to explain the problem and attaching a photo to verify that we will do our utmost to find a solution.

I AM NOT SATISFIED WITH MY COMMAND, CAN I BE REIMBURSEMENT?

Absolutely, you have 14 days to count the date of receipt of your order in order to return to us any product that has not given you complete satisfaction.

You must print the cancellation form, address us by email and return your items to the address indicated (a return number will be communicated to you before sending).

The shipment will be made exclusively by post to our address and the return costs will remain in your charge communicated by email upon return of your request. Upon receipt of your order you will be fully refunded.

WHAT ARE THE CONDITIONS FOR BENEFITING FROM THE “SATISFACTION OR REFUND” GUARANTEE?

You must count within 14 days from the date of receipt of your order in order to benefit from the "Satisfied or Refunded" guarantee, you must contact us before any return to follow the indicated procedure and the product must be returned to us in its original condition and packaging.

WHAT CAN I DO FOR NOT BEING REFUNDED?

  1. If the product has been used and is therefore not returnable in the country.
  2. If the shipment has not arrived at the destination due to an error in the delivery address indicated when ordering.
  3. If the return process was not respected.
