Our most important raw material is the cocoa bean. And the special thing about our job is that we work almost exclusively with this raw material. In order to produce delicious chocolate, this raw material requires special attention.

It's a long step from the bean to the shiny dark chocolate. For our work, we don't select the beans, but the companies that make the best chocolate. We taste them. Because every chocolate is made from a different bean, or rather, every bean ripened in a different place in the world.

And chocolate can come from many places in the world: Venezuela, Brazil, Peru, Ecuador, Sri Lanka, Colombia, Belize, or even Ghana, Ivory Coast, Madagascar.
